Dear Gills, We do appreciate so much you are taking the time to share such detailed feedback with us! The review like yours helps us to oversee possible areas for the improvement and try our best to fix them. First of all, let me sincerely apologies for the inconveniences caused during your stay. As our standard superior rooms have different bedding configuration, it may have as King, as Queen bedding set up. And it seems that on your arrival you have been allocated in the room with the Queen bed. Please less assured that the team took you feedback seriously and really wanted to make it up to you, so, that is why they have actually complimentary upgraded you to our executive room type for the last night, so that you can enjoy those extra amenities and the space. However, we are really sorry that it was not communicated to you directly. Dear Gills, at Novotel, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. It has already been passed to our Front Office team to address the problem and prevent future occurrence.
