Room is a great size, but the food is not the best. I ordered bruschettas to my room and it came a big slice of bread, full of tomatoes on it with cinnamon. This is NOT a bruschetta... Breakfast is very low standard and you cannot order an omelette, for example. You're stuck with the scramble eggs that do not taste good.

Staff friendly, approachable at any time, hotel was clean and had a bit of a buzz happening with many guests in and out. Room was clean and comfortable.

Worst behavior and experience of my stay ever

Hello, I had stayed at tis hotel and enjoyed with my family nd friends saying them to give u a bad reviews to staff here who doesn't know how to talk to a premium Accor Member from 3years nd behave like dums and they had put untrained ppl on job at front desk useless names I remember is Monica and some RAY/Rei who is dumb to talk on simple question.....no proper response and says my FRONT OFFICE MANAGER is nt here I tried asking her name he says Kristina who s again useless here.. she is a MANAGER she says m new here and I don't know she claims to say tis tat she is new there how did u even hire her as a manager... and still keeping on job shame on u ppl ok ... doesn't even know how to talk to aged people useless.... M as a business person questioning MR . GENERAL MANAGER... HAVE U TAKEN MONEY AND HIRED THEM ON JOB .. PLZ ANSWER ME ... I am asking u my rights ... I ll take a legal action wit Accor and prove it and I hv recordings too ... don't even try to be smart I hv all the proofs and m send this to Accor head of the department ...

Worst experience at the hotel... The front office manager Cristina is so incompetent that she doesn't know how to communicate with guests and the duty manager rae I think his name was has absolutely no etiquette, i just wonder what kind of training they have received and what kind of leadership qualities the head of this hotel possess as he has hired people like this . I think they should be fired because the service sucks!

Hey, I just visited this place and finished and reached back to my original place and the hotel is awesome but the staff here are worst including the some one called kristina a front office manager who is useless and Rei/Ray this guy talks in his native language using slangs to customers thinking thy don’t knw there language saying ( Y CANT U JUST WAIT AND SHUT AND SIT UNTIL WE SEE U AT THE DESK AND LAUGH ) i don’t understand wat kind of a service are thy giving nonsense …. Guys don’t stay at tis hotel guys worst behaviour just take tis two out of job …..

As per prior two requests the review is not reflective of the situation and also in appropriate in naming of team members.
