Everything was good except that there was no hot water for showers on our two last days. That is unacceptable.

disappointed of the welcome drink experience. How is it possible for a Mercure hotel to state that only the card holder is entitled to the drink ??? his wife not?? it is discriminating ! It is like asking for the late check out benefit but the wife has to take out the luggage as the benefit applies only to the card holder. Please learn from Novotel, Ibis, Novotel Suites etc that have always treated both guests the same. Again, "cela fait tache a l'enseigne Mercure"
