Sehr geehrter Andre, vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, uns gleich auf zwei Portalen zu bewerten. (Google und Tripadvisor). Wir bedauern sehr, das Sie sich während Ihres Aufenthaltes nicht wohl gefühlt haben und möchten uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten ganz herzlich entschuldigen. Unsere Zimmer werden nicht nur gereinigt, sondern ebenfalls auch desinfiziert und wir geben unser alles Bestes den hohen Ansprüchen unserer Gäste gerecht zu werden. Leider ist uns das bei Ihnen nicht gelungen und Sie haben natürlich Recht, dass eine liegengebliebene Chips - Verpackung hinter dem Vorhang ein No-Go ist. Am 03.10.2020 sind leider beim Aufbau des Frühstücksbuffets 10 Gläser Obstsalat zu Bruch gekommen, der Boden konnnte aber zu dieser Zeit nur notdürftig gereinigt werden, da sich bereits die ersten Gäste in unserem Restaurant befanden. Das komplette Restaurant inklusive des Bodens wurden nach dem Frühstück gründlich gereinigt. Unsere Mitarbeiter sind alle in der Hotellerie als Hotelfachleute oder Köche ausgebildet, wir beschäftigen gar keine Aushilfen und schon gar keine ungelernten Kräfte ! An diesem Wochenende befand sich ein Auszubildender im 2. Ausbildungsjahr im Dienst, hier bitte ich höflich um Ihr Nachsehen, wir haben ja alle mal mit einer Ausbildung angefangen. Selbstverständlich werden wir trotzdem mit dem betreffenden Mitarbeiter sprechen, um solche Vorkommnisse in Zukunft zu vermeiden. Haben Sie nochmals vielen Dank für Ihre Anmerkungen. Wir hoffen, Ihr Vertrauen bei einer Ihrer nächsten Übernachtungen wiederzugewinnen, um Sie von unserer Leistungsfähigkeit zu überzeugen.
