The staff was nice locations good the room needs more cleaning dust was on table and tv under the mattress was very dirty, the check out was at 12:00 but the reception called at 11:00 said it’s time to check out then she called back 2 times in 15 minutes keep saying you must leave because we need the room if checkout is at 12 o’clock means it’s 12 o’clock there is no need to call and ask to leaver at 11:00 o’clock.

The location is very convenient for visiting a concert at the ING Arena. The staff was very nice. The bar had a few dishes to choose from, so we didn't had to go out for a restaurant. If you want to eat out, within 2 min. walk there are restaurants. The breakfast area is a little bit small, but it has good elements. You could boil your own egg, make you own Belgen waffle and make fresh Orange juice. The rooms were nice and clean and I could directly watch tv without set up the channels first. That was already done.
