The hotel was ideally located to explore the main tourist areas of Lyon. The hotel was comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed using the bar area to relax in the evenings. Breakfast was good and provided lots of choice. The staff were very efficient and helpful in all areas. We were disappointed that we booked a superior room with double and sofa bed, however the room had no sofa bed and just a padded bench seat.

Stay in Ibis hotels in several countries. The Lyon Ibis hotel is as good as all of them. Quite' clean, new.

Our stay in Ibis Lyon was perfect! The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed perfect, the location wonderful! We wish that we could take this experience to every location the rest of our lives! Wonderful!

The hotel is convenient for Lyon Perrache Station and has the excellent Brasserie Georges next door. The hotel was welcoming and our room was of a good size with a comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice bedding, view, location and bathroom

Everything was perfect and the staff very helpful. Nice breakfast. The toilet was not very clean or not clean as it should be.

Near train station, great location, clean, comfortable room and bed, super staff, tasty breakfast with a good variety. Overall the best hotel experience we’ve had! Definitely will be back!

Warm welcome, solid position next to Perrache, unexpectedly large room. No cleaning "due to covid situation", sterile approach at check out (physically), little of human hospitality approach (due to covid situation). Anyway, overall acceptable experience.

Really good located, near the old Lyon, Fourvière and a lot of Restaurant are near the area of the hotel. Be careful if the Parking is complet because otherwise you have to pay the normal price which is more expansive than the price the hotel can gives you.

I come to Lyon every year for business reasons, since more than 20 years. Sometimes I take my wife with me, other times I come alone. In both cases the situation of the hotel is perfect, At night there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, there is a nice atmosphere. The hotel is in between the recently restored area at the confluence of the rivers, with its architectural contemporary museum and a nice shopping and strolling area, and on the other side there is the old center, once again with shopping opportunities. The Ibis is a 3 star, but close to 4 star hotel, recently renewed clean rooms and excellent service. It's a bit tricky to find the hotel with many roads and intersections, but once you get there, you will like!
