I felt very welcome when I arrived and I was pleasantly surprised that my room was ready several hours before my check-in. The hotel was clean and I felt my needs were met. The location is central to a lot of restaurants and attractions.

Rittenhouse Square is my favorite area of the city and the Sofitel places me right where I want to be. I enjoy the European feel of the hotel.

Loved the amenities and the spaciousness of the room! It was clean and anything I needed was at my disposal. I loved the fact that there were two restaurants in the hotel. Breakfast is amazing, and the lunch/dinner spot has phenomenal offerings. I also truly appreciated the $22 discount I received every day for any food purchased in the hotel. Great customer service. Just all around amazing hotel!
