The stay was ok. The room was a little dusty with bits on the floor maybe because the room was on the top floor and there is no lift so room may not be used until lower floors are full...or the cleaner was having an off day. The reception lady was helpful and got us booked in with no fuss. The hotel had signs in the staircase promoting personal health as an advantage of having no lift. Make your own mind up on that one. Good location for visiting Beaune

First bad experience in this hotel

I stayed there several times & was always happy. Yesterday however, the airco made a disturbing noice. All through the night i was disturbed by yet another noise (slight banging as from a washing machine or dryer in the distance) and the television didn’t work. Still, the location, the nice park just beside the hotel, the neatness of the room and delicious breakfast were fine as always. I will give it another try when passing through next time.
