The room had a strong smell of smoke, we changed rooms and the second room was also smelly. I also was not sure why we did not have towels.

Very noisy, primarily the 2 young ladies in reception chatting and playing music etc as if it was mid day

See above: i have emailed H2… to ask for a refund for the second nights stay. I had to keave at 4am the morning of the first nights stay and sleep in my car. You will see i have used Ibis hotels many times and never had cause to complain. I have not received a response to my email sent to H2…, again very disappointing.

There are no towels and the toilets were not that clean

cheap hotel, with a lousy breakfast. toilets and shower outside the room, you had to leave the door of your room open when going to them, because you didn't have your own key. The hotel acts as a hostel for refugees. wi-fi doesn't work. A lousy breakfast, without imagination, consisting only of a baguette with butter and jam. The hotel has the characteristic name Formula 1, quickly disappear from there!
