We have stayed several times at F1 in Haulchin, but this time we came to a room smelling of cigarette smoke. The walls were filthy with old dirt, it has not been cleaned for a long time. 2 of the WCs on the 1 floor was out of order so I saw people waiting. The toilet had black stripes showing lack of cleanliness and attention. We pass through 3 times a year, but will never use this hotel again. This is a disaster for Accor hotel chain, there must have been a review who should have seen the problems coming.

bonjour monsieur , nous essayons de passons régulièrement dans les sanitaires assez souvent mais malheureusement avec la clientèle c'est souvent sale. Nous allons avoir un technicien pour les toilettes en panne. Merci pour votre retour et nous sommes désolés de votre mauvaise expérience cette fois-ci dans notre hôtel.

Je conseil seulement si vraiment vous ne voulez pas mettre le prix pour dormir

Nous avons attendu plus de 10 minutes à la réception sans que personne ne nous accueille. La personne en charge semblait peu aimable et manifestait clairement son agacement, répondant à peine quand on lui parlait . L’hôtel avait une forte odeur désagréable et était extrêmement bruyant. De nombreuses personnes circulaient constamment dans les couloirs, probablement des résidents permanents, ce qui ajoutait à l'impression de désordre. Les douches et toilettes étaient situées sur le palier, ce qui, dans un établissement principalement fréquenté par des hommes, ne semblait pas très sécurisé pour les femmes. De plus, les serviettes de douche étaient payantes. Malgré ces nombreux désagréments, la chambre était correcte pour le prix, et j’ai malgré tout bien dormi.

The hotel is not well maintained. Most of the automatic cleaning of showers and WC are not working. There was no soap/shampoo in most of the showers. Floors, stairs in the comon areas are stained and in bad shape. Rooms and beds were ok and clean. Breakfast ok.

Arrived Thursday 8th, rooms eventually sorted and no further problems. Breakfast ok in the morning. Basic rooms but what we expected for the price. Returned early evening Sunday 11th, some of our party were offered rooms with no key pads and no key available for access, ended up up moving twice with motorcycle kit. Both vending machines were broken Turned up for breakfast to be greeted by a virtually empty counter no croissants, butter, jams and just a couple of slices breadand coffee machine, duty staff member was totally disinterested and just sat at desk while we bought some stuff from the garage next door. Another member of staff turned up and miraclously more bread butter and jam appeared, but this was accompanied by slamming of doors and keys by the previously mentioned staff member having to get off her seat and carry out the onerous task of replenishing a basic breakfast bar. I know F1s are very basic and this was reflected in the price, however this was very poor service.
