I was staying here for work and was happy to find this restaurant option on site after a busy congress day. The ceviche was excellent and the meat as well. I was a bit lazy to go out this night and was looking for a easy plan B, I am glad I gave this restaurant a shot ! There was also a nice live band that night which I also really enjoyed. Fernando attended me and he has been very professional, welcoming. Muito Obrigada Fernando and team !

Upon arriving, the Bell Captain is always there. Nice friendly and quick with the bags. Interestingly, he introduced me to the Front desk guy - Lucas. Explained that Lucas was going to take care of me and check me in promptly. That was a very interesting experience. The way one passed the ball to the other. I don't remember such handling in other hotel. That works beautifully - made me feel welcome. Lucas reminded me that I could pay for the stay in advance in case I need to hurry put. Was a good touch. Kudos to both.

Was okay but had many issues (especially for the cost)

I appreciated having a full gym and the location was close to the park, but there were elements of the hotel that needed serious attention. I would often have to call housekeeping to make up my room (sometimes I would have to call twice) and when they did clean they would often leave dirty glasses or never refill the coffee, water, or mini-bar. The pool was very small and only had two sun loungers. The restaurant was not good.. my first meal actually came out frozen in the middle and had to be "re-heated" which is never a good sign. Also my room key constantly deactivated. They said it was from my cellphone but someone times they were in separate bags. I think the technology was just old. The "king bed" was just two singles pushed together so there was a crack in the middle. They did have a good cocktail menu
