Nice and friendly staff always there to help or assist. Rooms are small but cover all your basic requirements. Beds are large and comfortable. It is also nice and quiet away from the city centre and on the main ring road.

Motel type establishment. Ideal for our purposes. Fairly close to city and nearby restaurant, museum, etc. Hotel facilities were restricted due to covid 19 and hotel had just recently re-opened, so no hot breakfast in morning but a continental style was provided along with hot drinks.

Overall nice. But toilet flush was not working, room locked out many times with the key not responding. Nice Breakfast with variety of options, with Cold and Hot foods. Structure is very old though, stairs and pavements are a mess.

I am really sorry that your experience has been damaged by the toilet flush which was not working properly. The hotel block is not very old as far as I am aware of.However, I understand that the style of the hotel is not suitable for all our guest's preferences. We had issues with some of the toilets and the maintenance department is working hard to upgrade the old systems which have damaged in many occasions our guest's satisfaction. We very much appreciate your feedback which will help us towards improvement of the hotel. I hope you will give us another opportunity to offer you a better experience. I Would have been staying for four more nights throughout January but will not do so now. Also the early morning alarm call was not received. Overall a disappointing experience and would not recommend to others
