Very pleasantly suprised, the food was delicious and excellently prepared with a wide selection. Service was superb, within seconds of ordering wine, a cool bottled served in an ice cooler arrived from Andre whose team was excellent in service and attitude. For a budget hotel this was premium food and service make no mistake of it. 5 stars

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable and softAll staff are lovely and friendly. Lovely bar with food and plenty of drinks to choose from, Carlos served us for our dinner and was very helpful and polite. Perfect way to kick off the holiday!

STAYED AT THE IBIS HOTEL AT BIRMINGHAM AIRPORT PRIOR TO OUR FLIGHT THE FOLLOWING MORNING. DURING OUR STAY WE HAD A MEAL IN THE RESTAURANT. WE HAD WAITER SERVICE THROUGHOUT BY ANDRE WHO WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL AND NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE. THIS CERTAINLY MADE OUR SHORT STAY A MEMORABLE ONE AND A CREDIT TO THE COMPANY . THANK-YOU ANDRE FOR YOU'RE OUTSTANDING LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great hotel good location 10 mins walk from terminal. Rooms small and compact but comfy and clean. Bed good size and slept well. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant great choice good service from our server Sophia. Big portions, fresh and tasty food.

All was good. No complaints. It is an ibis budget and not more can be expected from this type of hotel. Great location as right next to the terminal therefore it's really easy to access. Food was good and again I can't complain. The service was very attentive and there were lots of staff available to help.
