I arranged a very last minute meeting their executive meeting room. The room was very well equipped bright and airy. With an abundance of parking, great location and wonderful service this is a great hotel for such events. Highly recommedded

Attended a food tasting event in preparation for our conference in September. Fantastic services as always Scarlett looked after the team’s needs, she’s was very polite and accommodating. The team is looking for our event in September. Food was fantastic Andrew the chef did a fantastic job with the food. Kim was available throughout the evening and looked after our every needs. Well done team Daventry!

Service and food quality have been incredible! Kim is an absolute asset. She is so friendly and efficient! Has really made the stay 100% The air conditioning in the restaurant area is a nice addition as in the past especially during the summer it was too warm to eat/ drink.

Scarlett’s was amazing tonight, she was very attentatove, she was very good in her description of our meals tonight, and nothing was an issue when we asked her for additional Information, her presence was really on point and she had great knowledge of the meals

We use the Mercure for our sales meetings every quarter and the service we receive is always very good. Aleksandra from the Mercure team has looked after us for the last 4 meetings and she does a wonderful job. Very attentive and goes that extra mile to ensure we have everything we need. She is the main reason we keep coming back.
