Location is good, walking distance to Chinatown, nearby train station and bus stop so going anywhere was a breeze. Room was cozy, big enough for 4 of us. Driving will be a challenge as we drove from Melbourne to Sydney and roads were confusing for us, so better to take public transport.

I stay here often as it's the preferred venue for my work in Sydney. It's Ok but not very well run. The rooms and beds are fine, however there are regular plumbing issues. The staff are often poorly trained and generally do not have great English, however they are all generally great in attitude. The breakfast buffet is inconsistent, sometimes very good, other times very average. Despite claiming they will email an invoice to you for fast checkout they never actually do, and you will need to phone up and request one if you use this option. All the rooms have a weird Hue control so you can change the lights colour - in my opinion this money would have better been invested in the pluming (consistent shower water pressure) or in the staff.

My room on this stay was excellent. Thank you for the upgrade. I also thought breakfast was really nice and even though busy everything flowed smoothly. The service as per usual fabulous. This is one of my fsv Sydney hotels and so close to everything.
