I stayed here a number of nights using Avignon as a base to explore the region. Room view of Palais des Papes. The best location on Place Horloge next to the Palace, near everything, including quite a number of Michelin starred restaurants. 12 minutes from the bus station and Gare, seven from the tourist office. Great service, always from Accor. And, not to put too fine a point on it, air conditioning in summer is excellent.

The location is brilliant and easy to find from the train station. We were welcomed warmly by staff and appreciated the water kept in our fridge for us. Rooms could do with some updating and a good clean/ fresh paint but the bed was v comfortable.
