Ths staff was very friendly, accommodating and positive. The room was very specious with all necessary amenities. Very clean, very well designed. I was on the executive floor, so had nespresso machine and a full fridge. The food was very delicious, good number of choices and high quality. Thank you Andy and all the team for making this a comfortable trip!

Friendly staff and nice spacy rooms. Breakfast was not included in the price. We did not take the brakfast during our two night stay due to the high price of it. Anyway next time in Lux we shall stay in Novotel.

Whilst staff were friendly and those who could speak in English helpful, the hotel no longer seemed to be geared up to English tourist since Brexit and, indeed tourist in general; Business conferences appear to be the main trade now.
