I had a wonderful experience with the employee working front desk/reception. I checked in very late and apparently though I thought I reserved a room, I didn’t. He was so helpful and amazing helping me out to find a room. I was so grateful!

i had an unpleasant treatment after the checkin after i paid my stay in advance the Employee at the Frontdesk was not friendly at all and i had the feeling i was not welcome at all and i felt i was suspicious to her so i told the Lady i want my money back and i will book somewhere else , so i cancelled my booking right away and booked another hotel the Pullmann in Munich.

3 days, the room was never cleaned although beign reported several times to the reception/manager
