Disappointing Experience

The location is great and we were upgraded to a balcony room. The view was great and the room was spacious. Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable due to the mattress which caved in at various places. The worst part of staying at the Novotel was the breakfast. Definitely not worth the money. Very disappointing for a hotel.

It was a short trip to Wollongong but it was truly amazing. The check-in and checkout staff were friendly the restaurant staff was welcoming and we had a short encounter with housekeeping and she was great. Overall a great stay.

The plumbing in the bathroom was blocked. Facilities are poor for a Novotel. The small bar at the pool was closed. The staff looked really bored and disinterested at breakfast. Just a really meh stay for a Novotel.
