It was a fantastic check in experience especially with Louis at the front desk who really looked after us. We had just finished a long train trip from Busan so it was great to see how the door step service from the door to check in was amazing. Staff were so prompt to help us take our luggage off us from the taxi that it made us handsfree immediately. Celine looked after us by taking all of our luggage (and I mean 2 big suitcases and 2 cabin ones) without a single fuss and delivered them to our door. Louis is fluently bilingual and able to deal in both Korean and English. Fantastic initial impression of the hotel (because of staff like Celine and Louis) and I will be back because of it. What an excellent welcome. This is the most professional check in service I have experienced. A wonderful experience to be commended. The room itself is lovely, clean and works very well for a working traveller due to lovely desk space. The restaurant/cafe in the hotel also looks lovely and cannot wait to try.

It’s great to stay in the central Seoul at a reasonable price. Everyone is vey kind and welcoming us. Cafe lounge has a great atmosphere and the food and drinks were great. We were greeted by Louis and he was really kind and welcoming us. Looking forward to staying here and exploring Seoul :) Highly recommend!
