We stayed here super short, only a night before our flight the next day, and it was super late at night, around 10 PM, and the receptionist still available and helped us with a super super easy and quick check in. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment, and they even prepared the sofa bed so it’s ready to use. We love the location, the affordable price, will definitely come back again when we visit. Thanks!

This hotel is located very close to the Vic Market and tram lines so it ticks all the boxes here. However, as an apartment, it was pretty sad. It’s a pretty small apartment, but poorly designed as the bedroom door needs to be shut to go and out of the bathroom. Very little room at the end of the bed for this pathway. A small kitchenette in the apartment, with a sink, microwave, fridge, and a portable hot plate with one pot and a pan. Too bad there wasn’t any egg flip to turn anything over whilst using the pan! And yes, a sink to wash the dishes but no tea towel! Pity as I found the glasses a bit dirty before use and washed them but had to let the dry before use. Never stayed in a hotel where one didn’t get hand towels??? Had to use the bath towels for general hand drying. Found dirt fluff outside the door of the apartment and this stayed there day after day, and we found a hard piece of plastic on the carpet which I deliberately left in the hard floor area of the kitchen but was failed to be notice when the room was serviced the next day. So cleanliness was not successfully attended to. We also found service at reception desk was slow with only 1 person attending the desk most times. What made this bad was that everyone who wanted to book breakfast seemed to need to pre pay it at reception, with this taking around 10 minutes- so slow. Would we stay here again- maybe at the right price, but it would have to be cheap as it is very basic with sub par service and ammenities.

We stayed 4 nights in 2 bedrooms, inside rooms we have microwave, sink, refrigerator and living room with sofa. Welcomed in very good way, even they allowed us to check in before its standard time. Got bottle of wine also. Breakfast was ok, just ok. Not too many variety but good enough to energize the day. Location very good, very near with victoria market, trems and many restaurants. The hotel also have laundry and dryer with charge $4 each. Really good for friends and family travellers.

The location is perfect - just around the corner from Elizabeth Street and virtually opposite Victoria market. The cost of my double room for 3 nights was extremely reasonable, so I managed my expectations accordingly. I was on the 11th floor, and apart from being a little dark, the room was fine with a clean and very comfortable bed, and a good shower. The staff were friendly and obliging, allowing me to keep my room a little later at no extra cost and with no hassle. My room was cleaned beautifully every day although the corridors are showing signs of age. The breakfast was just ok. The buffet items weren't piping hot, but freshly cooked fried and poached eggs were available. Also there was a pancake machine but no croissants. Again, the staff were great. I would stay here again as the price is so reasonable and there are so many wonderful and varied places to eat and drink nearby.

Good location but everything else was old and worn. Dirty and no presentation. Staff are friendly but not great presentation for hotel guests. Rooms need a massive overhaul and cleaning. Paint coming off the roof in bathroom and signs of mould due to poor air circulation. No fresh air in building so you get that smell. Location is good though if you’re wanting to be in Melbourne CBD
