Stayed here overnight to be closer to airport. Hotel was quiet and clean, staff were helpful and courteous. Good breakfast too. Good to be able to use the airport shuttle which stops right outside the hotel entrance.

I was a little unhappy as I booked the room as it had a bath the bath was broken and could not be filled as the same as the shower when operated the water hit the ceiling and was in poor condition I mentioned to reception and the reply was no maintainace on site today.offer of no part refund

My stay with NOVOTEL was a great experience.. service from reception was excellent....... rooms were clean and neat........Bar and Restaurant is very beautiful.. even the food was good... ......Selection of breakfast was nice........ Service from the breakfast staff was excellent....... It's a covid safe hotel as they fallow proper social distancing and government guidelines.. they had sanitizers everywhere........ really happy with my stay for 15 days ........ We stayed at the hotel for our Weekend away with my 7 year old daughter. Everything was lovely, fast check in using the service offered online, car park just outside the hotel, room was lovely and clean, the pool was a hit with my daughter as well. We had pudding and drinks at the restaurant and was impressed by how attentive and friendly Thodora was, a big thank you. Last but not least the breakfast was amazing ! Will definitely recommend and come back.

I found the room really simple for an executive, and given that I worked for other Novotel brands in the past I expected something a little bit better. There was a lot of dust next to the bed and it wasn’t cleaned properly as the bedside had some marks from previous guests. Swimming pool was very small but didn’t have the chance to use it as was too busy with families. The outside tables were quite dirty as well, not looked after. I understand that with COVID precautions the service is not 100% but overall, I didn’t fully enjoy my stay which was meant to be a time off to unwind.

Great hotel with lovely staff, we were going to legoland with our 3 year old granddaughter and the hotel was great, she had a fun time in the swimming pool, the meal we have was lovely the only downside was no cooked breakfast which we couldn't understand when the restaurant was open but we will be back

Very disappointed with the cleanliness

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The pool was dirty with clumps of matted hair floating in it and dust and dirt covered the floor it was extremely off putting. Also the chlorine level was so high it stained all mine and my sister in laws jewellery. We saw on both days half eaten breakfast bags left on tables till gone 12. The carpet through out the hotel including rooms was vile and Im not going to lie I expected a much higher standard on cleanliness in the rooms, particularly during a pandemic. We most definitely would not book again to stay at this hotel.

Good stay, room was very good and large. Enjoyed the bar/restaurant. Staff were helpful although the text service they offer doesn’t work as I never got an answer to my question. Unfortunately, we got a bad surprise by the cost of the taxi from the hotel to the airport as the shuttle just wasn’t practical due to limited service. The ride was maybe 5 minutes and cost £25. I don’t think that’s an acceptable price. I think the hotel who booked the cab should have warned us of the cost. I guess they are happy to con American tourists but when you live in London and you know the price of things, it hurts. And for that price, you’d expect the cab to at least be on time but it was not... a shame because other than that, we had a good stay...

I have stayed many times and brought my family sometime ago. Your charging for an executive room and it’s the same as a superior room. Also knowing that there was no benefits in the room at this time. The room I thought looked very worn towards the toilet area. I stay at many hotels because I work for BA. We had an evening meal and yet you served us with a bag for breakfast with warm milk and juice. I am not the type to complain but if you want custom you need to know. Rob A.
