Hotel was very nice, great location. Breakfast was quickly and convenient in the am. Rooms were spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the lobby scent was over-powering and not particularly enjoyable the first few days, but they seemed to have changed it up the last day!

My wife and I prefer this Accor hotel in FLR for its great location and staff. My sister and family have lived near FLR for over 40 years and we stayed here 5 nights before heading to a wedding at her farm/vineyard. The 4 Ladies Stefania, Michela, Sara and Valentina have always treated us so well. Valentina's twins sister Gemella has just started working as well. She can be identified by her glasses with a black frame. The breakfast area is compact and the food is a good start to the day. Dario, Kiara, and Delfina were very nice to us each morning. Cant wait to get back here next May. Don't miss the sunset at Piazelle Mich.

Excellent location. Great restaurants near by. Sarah and Alberto went above and beyond to assist. Fabulous service. Highly recommended this hotel and would stay again when we come back to Florence. The room is a good size and perfect for a holiday stay. Ps. Great coffee shop next door. Some of the best coffee I have ever had.

Great central location, great breakfast and service. Great room and comfortable bed..Nice atmosphere and well decorated hotel. Good service all round. Great base for a short or longer break to explore Florence and its surroundings. Easy access to main station with new city developments. Easy 5 to 10 minute walk.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first one was with the family, and now on business. Good to see familiar face like Mr Alberto at front desk. I'm happy to be recognize as a gold member but did not have the time to redeem by drink. Appreciate the upgraded room but would appreciate a least a turn down service for a hotel with such good reputation. I reported a cracked mirror in my room but did not want the hassle of changing to another room.
