Ciao!! Thankful to michela for helping us with the booking assitance. She is excellent!! We arrived at the hotel at 11am... and met Mr alberto ( i think that was his name.... he was not wearing his name badge... he is medium height... with hair) very rude .. arrogant.... was not excited with the check in process... he was acting too pricey... not welcoming at all!!! in hospitality specially during the year ending dates and black out dates when we pay so much price.. it was irritating to talk to him... RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we came in from napoli, sorrento.. roma.. and last was your hotel in Firenze for the new year eve and 4 nights-5 days at your property in florence. Alessandro from the front desk also was present.... he heard us and immediately helped us with the good room and welcome note and coffee and all the necessary check in procedure... he figured the bad behaviour of his collegue.... but with a smiling and warm attitude he really saved your property experience and our holiday experience... im grateful for him and his timely correction... rest all was very good... breakfast... room.. house keeping... all good... but that guy .... hope to not have such recpetion managers in my future any hotel stay anywhere.. we are bonvoy gold.. hilton gold... TAJ elite ... mile and more platinum... we do not appreciate rudeness and arrogance... we like warm and respectful people... specially as the face the hotel!! check out was smooth too... there was another gentleman... he helped us out... and was warm too! medium height without hair. hope the feedback helps !

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Cerretani in Florence. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff members were very pleasant. Afternoon tea was very much appreciated. The hotel location is ideal for sightseeing in Florence or going to the train station. Hotel staff were professional and helpful. Thank you. My experience at this hotel was above and beyond expectations. From the emails exchange with the reservation team weeks before my arrival to the moment of checking-out, everything was done with extreme care and professionalism. As this trip was the first time in Florence, it was a relief to find out that the hotel was very easy to find. It was just 7-10 min from the Train station The hotel is extremely well located, the check-in was very smooth and room was absolutely gorgeous (everything was elegantly in order). We loved the quality and variety of the breakfast (specially the baked omelette). The front desk staff were really polite, helpful and gave great advices on where to go or visit when we asked.
