No coffee-tea machines even in the lobbies, no glasses in the room, just 2 smallest paper cups, no MW, fridge or iron in the room, breakfast was for 7EU extra, the hotel is a hard to find even with Google maps. There was just a general liquid soap in the shower, no body lotions or conditioners. The room was ergonomic and clean, and well taken care of every day. Still, not having free access to drinks and moderate friendliness of staff really dampened our enthusiasm.

Great, friendly check in and the receptionists were very helpful in answering our questions. The room was clean and perfect for what we needed. I appreciate it is a budget hotel but a kettle in the room would have been very welcome. My gripe, however, is having to pay 3 euros to leave our cases until we actually left Brussels. I have never had to pay for this service anywhere else in the world. Surely this is a service that should be provided. Very disappointing

A warm and very clean no-frills hotel close to the centre of Bruges. Great location close to many restaurants and a short walk from the main square. Friendly helpful staff. Basic room layout, plastic sinks etc. but clean and warm. Nice bar and breakfast option. Parking in adjacent underground public car park, with lift access to hotel courtyard. A good city centre option for a short stay.

Nice hotel, near center, small room. Very good staff. Internet and all ammenties. You have possibilities to go shopping and to visit a lot of places nearby. I will reccomend if you visit Brussel for two or three days. Near aeroport and metro station.

I was not expecting high end hotel standards when making this booking was I was expecting basic standards based on €110 per night. Staying on level 4 the entire level smelt of sewage that was really overpowering the whole length of the corridor. The rooms are extremely small so please be aware of this if you like a spacious hotel room during your hotel stays. Facilities are very basic with air con / heat not working in the room. No proper hand soap provided (hair and body wash only) or any other toiletries which I find a bit disturbing based on adhering to basic level hygiene standards. Breakfast was ok but would expect a little more such as chopped fresh fruit, more cereal options. The one benefit of this hotel is its location right off grand place and central station. However, if I was to make a return trip to Brussels I would compromise slightly on the location or shop around the area a bit more to get a nice hotel. Just be aware that this hotel is basic with zero luxuries.
