Stayed one night in a second level room. The location was great, one 5 minutes from Bastille and a couple of metro stops from all the main famous sites of Paris. The hotel was comfortable, rooms clean and cost. The room was small but the beds comfortable and functional. Breakfast was ok but nothing special .

Very well located in a great neighbourhood, close to metro and lots of cafes, restos and shops. Lobby area really nice, with a welcoming atmosphere, and although we didn't eat in the restaurant, it looked inviting and well used. The rooms are very small and basic, the bathroom modern but again very small. It was clean, and had a window looking over a quiet street. Good for a stay if you are out and about a lot which we were.

The lobby was big with a football table and arcade machine. There were also lots of plants around which was a nice touch. Our room was tiny and there was not much space, but you could leave the luggages under the bed. The desk was tiny but there were many compartments. The bathroom was very bare and did not have a big sink. The shower was very small and there was not a shower holder, so I had to wrap it around the water control thing. The breakfast seemed pretty good, with a good selection of food. The hotel was not close to any of the famous Parisian monuments.

We stayed for a full week from 15th April to 22nd April 2024. We stayed a few times many years ago and found it to be a good place to stay, so we returned. We found that the hotel had been considerably upgraded. The service was excellent and there's a really friendly atmosphere created by the staff. The room was very clean and comfortable and the beds were excellent. The woman who checked us in was very professional, friendly and helpful. She answered a number of our questions regarding the hotel and facilities including transport to the airport at the conclusion of our stay. Nothing was too much for her. The breakfast staff were always friendly, welcoming and helpful. They worked hard to ensure that, even at the busiest of times, there was a full range of options and tables were cleaned quickly. We only visited the bar a couple of times, but found it to be comfortable and well stocked with plenty of choices. Once again, the staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The reception area is beautiful with many potted plants and plenty of comfortable seating available. Or room was clean and the housekeeping staff were first class. The room was kept spotlessly clean and essentials topped up whenever necessary. I am hoping to return for a few days in January and this hotel is very likely to be where I'll stay.

Good reception, room, breakfast. Problems with making on line reservation, especially saver rate - would give me an error message or message that my card was declined and on third try was processed but so was one of the previous attempts so had 2 reservations. When I went to straighten out with reception, they somehow cancelled the reservations and then processed at flex rate so ended up paying about 70 euros more on a 5 night stay. Suggest you check your site for making reservations as it does not work well and often gives message card declined or error.
