Impossible to reserve on yr website Had to call the hotel to make reservation. Upon arrival: could not get preferential webrate for breakfast. Should have reserved via Booking instead.

Positive: clean and modern rooms. Negative: as others have already written, you can feel the train under the hotel. They also don't treat status guests very well. Despite being a Gold member, you don't actually get anything. The only thing was a free drink (one, not two for a double room! At IHG or Hilton this always applies to all persons with the same booking!) This short-term thinking cannot be understood - a second drink costs the hotel practically nothing, but so now the negative experience remains and I can no longer recommend this hotel and I will certainly not book there again. So now one guest will certainly not become several - strange and short-term thinking…
