Fantastic staff. Very friendly especially the receptionist on shift who was on the evening shift. Her name began with M. So sorry for not having written it down but she helped us with all our enquiries and nothing was a problem. We def will be returning

Only two people of ten at the reception can manage the customer. The food wasn't good, small portions and twice cold. The room wasn't cleaned properly, seems you are using third company because also if I asked to do something no action/reaction.
