A calm and quality stay with perfect service.

We stayed at The Hotel Rotary Geneva three nights in early January. We loved the hotel staff and location. The service was great, all staff were attentive. I enjoyed particularly great service from a gentleman named Damba. The location meant we could walk to all the stuff we were keen to visit. We walked to the Bains des Pâquis, Jet D’eau, Saint Peter’s Cathedral, Old Town Geneva, reformation wall, the flower clock etc. In summary, we had a great stay.

Otelinize 3 defa geldik.Otelin konumu ve hismetleri güzel ,yalnız kaldığımız oda 514 Asansör 'ün tam yanında olduğu için ,geceleri asansörden çok ses geliyordu.Bu konu bizi biraz rahatsız etti ve şikayetimizi Resepsiyon'la paylaştık.

Ancak odanızda konforunuzu etkileyen asansör sesi hakkında üzgünüz. Bir önceki ziyaretinizde, diğer binadaki konaklamanıza dair yorumunuzu önemle not aldık. Central location, a bit tired

Pros: - very central, easy to get public transport from airport & also around Geneva. Only 10mins walk to old town - public transport card included in hotel price, sent 1 day before arrival to register. - lovely staff - hot food at breakfast was very tasty -plenty of towels & pillows in room - large room, had a classic & was large enough it could fit two people comfortably Cons: - room is becoming tired. The furniture had scuff marks, the headboard was peeling. Bed was very creaky, some marks on the walls. - awkward shower. Over a bath, with more than half the bath behind a wall. Bath was very high (and I’m tall) so was hard to get in & out. The glass door for shower was on the 1 wall you could lean against so ending up holding onto towel shelf. A handrail would be good to steady yourself especially when wet. The toiletries were also very low on the wall so had to bend a lot to get them. - breakfast if not in your room price is CHF 19 continental & CHF37 for hot food. Continental wasn’t large choice, hot food had to be ordered so for the price would have expected more. I had in my price, if not I would have gone to one of the many cafes close by. Overall I really liked the hotel due to its location but for the price you pay I’d expect the rooms to not look so tired.

Small and a little old fashioned hotel where the rooms could use some updating but overall good stay. Nice bar with friendly staff and good drinks with note that Swiss prices are high. Breakfast is very good and high end with tasty food and pleasant layout. Bed was good and bathroom is small but shower was great. Some construction outside so can be noisy. Very good location easy to station and lake with a lot of restaurants close by.

Our secondary building's heritage flooring preserves historical character while modern double-glazing typically ensures tranquility. Friendly, cosy and luxurious

We had a lovely stay here. The room was clean, felt luxurious and I loved the quirky features. The shower was very powerful which was a bonus. Staff were friendly, especially the woman behind the bar. We didn't have breakfast as the hotel is well located with cafes on the surrounding streets and the waterside is only a street away.
