Our hotel's proximity to public transportation allows guests to easily explore Geneva, and we're glad you found this helpful. However, we regret to hear of the issues you faced. Our bathrooms are designed to maximize space while still providing privacy, and we understand this can be an adjustment for some guests. We ensure ongoing training for our team to provide accurate information about our hotel and local amenities. Our location opposite the Balexert shopping center and proximity to public transport options, like the bus that connects to the airport in just 7 minutes, are aspects we are proud of. It's also pleasing to know that the cleanliness and spaciousness of your room, as well as our bathroom amenities, contributed positively to your stay. However, we regret to hear about the challenges you encountered, particularly with regard to the shuttle service and the handling of your request for an iron and ironing board. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. It's our aim to provide timely and efficient service, and it seems we fell short in this instance.
