Please accept our sincere apologies for the discomfort caused by the temperature of your room and the inconvenience of not having a fully functional air-conditioning system. This is certainly not the level of comfort we aim to provide. Moreover, we understand how disruptive external noise can be to a restful night, especially when coupled with the necessary ventilation due to the room's warmth. We are delighted that you found our hotel well-placed and were pleased with the comfort of our beds, which we strive to ensure meet the high standards associated with Accor's reputation for comfort. However, we regret to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand that the scent in the hotel may not be to everyone's preference, and we will review this to ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all our guests. Our Technogym equipment should indeed offer a seamless fitness experience, and we apologize for any inconvenience the elliptical machine may have caused; we will address this urgently. Additionally, while our minibar offers various options, we appreciate your feedback on the availability of complimentary water in the fitness area. The upkeep of our rooms is typically of a high standard, and your comments regarding the maintenance of showers and toilet seats are taken very seriously for prompt attention. We also acknowledge your notes on the breakfast selection and will consider how we can enhance the variety and preparation of our offerings. Nonetheless, it is great that our team provided you with a warm welcome and valuable assistance upon your arrival.
