Great sleep

Only stayed for a night but it's the best night sleep I had. The front desk was responsive when I needed help with my room. I appreciate having a mini coffee and microwave setup in the room along with a separate sink that's not in the bathroom to get water and make tea and coffee. The bus outside is convenient and the hotel will provide a city bus card for you to use so you're never stranded without public transportation. Will probably book again if I am ever in Geneva.

Quiet convenient and clean

We spent 3 nights. The hotel is conveniently located to the airport via the number 10 bus and across the street from the Balexert shopping center. There is a nice garden terrace out back and in good weather, the Swiss restaurant also serves on the terrace. Our suite was clean, very quiet and a comfortable size. The microwave and refrigerator were a nice addition. The shopping center has a selection of stores and an excellent Migros. We purchased prepared food at Migros for some of our lunches and suppers. It is easy to take the number 10 bus to/from the airport. The same bus also takes you downtown to the lake in about 15-20 minutes. The hotel isn’t close to any other restaurants which was a not concern for us. During our three days, we took a short boat cruise, a Viatour walking tour and a visit to CERN.

The hotel is located in front of a fantastic mall and connected to several transport options. On the flip side, it is quiet and in a residential neighborhood, which makes it a very attractive option instead of the noises and rougher city center. The room I had, 617, was large, comfortable and cleaned to perfection every day. Breakfast was nice and overall the hotel was one of the nicer ones I have stayed in Geneva. A huge thanks to Kim, Benjamin and Tyron for their help, professionalism and friendly attitude, it made a huge difference during my stay. Until next time!

Ideal airport hotel and good for exploring Geneva

This is a great hotel close to Geneva airport. We did a few days in Evian and stayed here the night before we flew back from Geneva. We were a family of 3 (mum and two teenage boys) and were well accommodated, although business people also using the hotel so covers all needs. Hotel is just over a mile from the airport and along main roads so not easily walkable. We got stung by taking a taxi which was €21 for a few minutes drive. You are much better taking the tram. It’s really easy. Take the number 10 tram which comes right outside of airport (to left of main airport doors as you come out). It’s only a few stops. Get off outside the shopping mall and hotel is opposite. Upon arrival reception staff spoke good English and were very welcoming and polite. They allowed us to check in early at 1pm. They told us we had a free transport card with our stay which was really useful. Gives you free access to the trams and a free boat trip on the lake. The reception staff showed me how to set up the card. The room was a good size and came with fridge, microwave and kettle. Bottled water in the fridge. Separate bath and shower (take conditioner as only shampoo & shower gel supplied). Good size comfortable main bed and a handy curtain divide to separate out other two rollaway beds, which were also comfortable and good for what we needed. Good WiFi and table space. Breakfast was basic but fine (buffet style). Some hot choices, toast, cereal. A great, clean hotel within easy distance of the airport.

Gorgeous hotel. Opposite a TPG number 10 stop, which takes you directly into geneva or the airport, & a shopping centre with plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff is extremely friendly, the beds are very comfortable & overall it is very convenient for a short trip. The room we stayed in had a peculiar bathroom, with the toilet in a different room to the shower/bath, which was annoying at times. Also, the breakfast was delicious but there was a very small, limited amount of tables.
