Good stay, pay attention when driving out the parking

Room was good, didn't get an upgrade (ALL Platinum member), breakfast was OK, Parking too small and impossible to drive out easily, I even scratched my car because of a metal bar protecting the flashing light that is to low and invisible in the mirrors of a car.

Very friendly personnel made the check-in easy, simple and without any problems. The stay was great and there were was nothing to really complain about. The room was perfect for a good nights sleep. The only shortfall was that there was no milk/cream in the room for a coffee/tea making. Had to take some up to the room from the breakfast table and park it in the fridge.

Very pleasant staff especially the lady on reception from Colorado. Sorry I did not get your name. Good underground safe car park. About a 10 minute walk to town centre of which the amazing Cathedral is the centre. 4th floor housekeeping excellent. It does appear though that when checking in the Receptionist is unaware of the times you have visited the hotel. It would nice to have a "welcome back" when you check in. Last time we stayed at the hotel there were chairs and tables on the terrace to sit out and have a drink from the bar, but this was not available this time. Nice bar but not one bar person in charge and you often have to wait a while to be served while they are in the restaurant. Was a very pleasant stay again and would recommend the hotel.
