Extremely busy weekend at The Mercure, but the staff and hotel accommodated this amazingly well. My request for a quiet room at check-in could not be facilitated but later in my stay, a staff member, Katia, offered to find me a quieter room and did so, despite being extremely busy.

Good check in. Comfortable bed. Tea coffee maker. Warm room as temp lower than usual for end of April.

I booked with an application. When I checked in everything was ok. When I checked out as well. Then, after some days, the hotel charged me an undue amount of money and is not willing to reimburse me.

The staff are extremely helpful and always greet you with a smile. Reception staff helped by trying to locate an Apple phone which I had dropped in a taxi organised by them. They contacted the company and arranged for the phone to be returned to them for collection by me the same evening.
