I stayed at the hotel with my family for a month for work reasons. The hotel became my home. The location of the hotel is very good if you have a car, as it is very well connected to the city's road arteries. The room is very comfortable and of a very adequate size. The bed and bathroom are very comfortable, and it also has a sofa and desk, which are very useful. A highlight is the beautiful, spacious and well-equipped garden with a swimming pool. As aspects to improve, the lunch and dinner menu has a restricted variety of dishes, and the laundry room does not have a dryer.

I have been at this property several times before but always for small duration. This time was long two weeks but fortunately it was quite a nice experience with friendly staff.

Bad expensive breakfast

There was no buffet for breakfast. In other Hotels also in the NL you can already find since months a buffet. But the missing breakfast buffet was not the biggest problem. The issue was the missing breakfast menu. There was no options anymore and no choice.

I will be very sure to see what happened during your stay, because we had the agreement in the team that any possible request from you should have been honored (if possible in any way) so reading that you missed a chance to personalise your breakfast means that we did something wrong. We were already looking in the the options for upgrading the room, but sadly Covid made a big dent in our reserves and made us fight more to stay open than to invest. We will be sure to pick that up again as soon as possible! I hope you will have a chance in future to come visit us under less strict conditions to see that we want to leave a better impression! Building facade has to be renovated. It’s very old from 1980. Lobby and reception did not look welcoming Room: furnitures are not up to date (Novotel level). Other Novotel hotels have upgraded their room concept Bad room: has to be renovated

I am happy to see that we did a good job overall and I fully agree that the outside of our hotel really needs some TLC (or actually, a lot of it..) but sadly the covid pandemic has stopped all plans we had over the last year. As for the rooms, the bedroom part was redone end of 2018 when the Novotel standards were not as new and hot as they are now. The bathrooms are in the plans for an upgrade as soon as we can.. The hotel is not the newest but the service is compensating for it.

The bad room is old and should be renovated it’s not the latest Novotel standard. Also the building itself should be renovated. Very old Fassade.

Although in a hard lockdown at the moment Novotel Eindhoven did the best they could possibly do in these times. Staff was friendly and willing to help in any way they could. Although picking up your food downstairs and eating in your room is a bit awkward at first, I was still happy the opportunity was offered. Bed was comfortable, tv worked, shower was warm, food was good, staff was friendly. What more could you ask for? Only thing that was a bit surprising was to pay for the parking, to me this should be a service to your clients staying the night.

Bed was too hard. We had a 12:30 check out instead of 11:00. However, the housekeeping staff woke us up at 10:00. Even with a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. During check in, they attempted first to run 398.00 instead of 182.00. Music during dinner was horrible while trying to eat a meal.

The hotel was easy to find and the fact it's outside of Eindhoven has its advantages. The breakfast, however expensive, was super, although we did wait half an hour to get bacon (but that's just me being too spoilt!). The day shift staff was very professional and nice, but we had to wait a little bit at night to get into the hotel as the doors were closed by the night shift. All in all, everything from the quality of the bedroom to the quite nice area were very worthwhile. Highly recommend.

Good for one night. Service below expectations. Air conditionning shut down. Internet very slow. Room service though was almost perfect, fast and nice food... cuttelery did not come together with the food. Might return but just because I have a preference for Accor Hotels otherwise would choose another hotel next to the airport.

We arrived quite late to the hotel having pre booked for a family of 4. The room wasn’t particularly clean, the shower and toilet both needed a good scrub and there were eyelashes all around the sink. The kids bed wasn’t made up and they had only provided 1 pillow for the bed. They had also only provided 1 bottle of water for 4 people. The toilet light was also broken which meant you had to leave the door open, this caused my son to bang his head quite severely on the door knob. I would expect better from the Novotel brand.
