Stayed here for the Xmas markets, people are obviously quite picky on the other reviews however, the staff were lovely not rude at all, the rooms were clean and tidy as expected. We had no issues with anything whilst staying here and its right next to the Severinstraße tram stop which takes you to the heart of Cologne in 5 minutes. Buy a day ticket on VRS or KVB app for around 9 euros is the best option. You can also walk which is about 15 mins into town which takes you past many shops along the way Hotel was also easy to get to from Koln airport. No complaints from me, would stay here again. Don't always believe the bad reviews, some people complain about anything.

bu kadar kötü ve pis başka bir otelinizde hiç kalmamıştım burayı bence bu ısım haketmıyor yazık uzuldum valla yataklar ıgrenc uyuyamadık bıle cok eskı bır otel ya tadılata alsınlar yda bu ısım hakkını kullanmasınlar

Konumu güzel , temizliği iyi idi. 161 ve 162 nolu odaları tuttuk , ancak 162 nolu odada kötü koku mevcut idi , her gün çeşitli defalar havalandırarak kalabildik, son gün lavabonun deliğinden olduğunu düşünerek orayı kapattık , son gün koku hissetmedik, havalandırınca geçtiği için bu konuyu otel görevlilerine bildirme gereği duymadık, ancak koku bazen gerçekten dayanılmaz olabiliyor idi. Konuyu bi araştırırsanız iyi olur. Onun dışında önemli bir problem yaşamadık. Genel olarak beğendik.

Very nice hotel. Nice cosy bar with nice, friendly staff. Near to the city center (10min walk) but not in the city center. Rooms are clean and internet works as it should work. Breakfast is fine with plenty to choose from. We were there for an exhibition and it is extremely convenient when you have to go to the koelnmesse. Just next to the hotel is the tram line and you're only 3 stops away from the messe, so no traffic jams if you want to go in that direction. I would have given 5 stars, until we checked out... We gave our credit card details in advance to arrange the costs at the bar and rooms were prepaid so normally it should have gone very smoothly. Unfortunately it took 30(!) minutes to check out. I don't know what they had to do or what was wrong but we were given several documents to sign, the girl at the reception made a mistake so we had to resign the same document, she couldn't find her stapler,... it was chaos! If it wasn't for the check-out it would have been a perfect stay but our last expercience in the hotel brought it down. I would come here again (mainly for the easy travelling to the koelnmesse) but I hope they improve their check-out procedure.
