Kahvaltı menüsü çeşitli ama lezzet ve özen yetersiz. Odalar çok temiz ve rahat fakat ses hassasiyetiniz varsa klimalar biraz sesli çalışıyor. Konum yazın için problem olmaz ama kışın merkeze daha yakın olmasını tercih ederdim. Ayrılırken Noel çikolatasını bazı müşterilere verip bazılarına vermemeleri çocuklar için üzücü oluyor. Bence bu en önemli husustu.

Otelin kendisinden memnun kalmadım internet yoktu ama bilgiler arasında var yaziyordu.Resepsiyondakiler var direk baglanin oluyor dendi ama yanıltıcı bir cevaptı çünkü kullanılmıyordu internetleri.Odalar çok küçük ve çok kokuyordu havalandirmasi yok odaya temiz hava gelmiyordu.Ve çok pahalli hersey bir kahve içtik ekstra ücretli hem tadı kötü hemde olduğundan daha pahalıydı.Rezerve ettiğim odalar önceden belirtmeme rağmen ayarlanmamıştı uygulamanın hatasının olduğu söylendi yani hiç memnun kalmadım para alman için sürekli ekstra birseler söylediler tavsiye etmiyorum kesinlikle.

The fact that you did not feel well looked after and informed is by no means in line with our understanding of hospitality. At the same time, we hope that you still have fond memories of our accommodation of your early check-in at around 1 p.m., well before the regular check-in time of 3 p.m. As our guests are allowed to use the rooms until 12 noon, the time available for cleaning is often very limited – this may also have been a reason why your room was not fully prepared when you arrived. We apologize once again for the inconvenience this caused. We also take your comments on the air quality in the room, the price-performance ratio, and communication in the hotel very seriously.
