Pros: - Super clean - Very modern with boutique feel - Housekeeping super efficient - Excellent location, close to bars, restaurants, transport links and Christmas markets Cons - only two very small lifts (only one was in operation for part of our stay) - baths are not very easy to get in and out of We booked a business class room - we loved the wood floors, coffee machine and boutique vibes. However despite expressing a preference and emailing ahead for a room with a walk in shower, we were allocated a room with a bath upon check in. The bath had a fixed shower screen and was very difficult to get in or out of. We were told there were no business rooms available with shower and were advised to call back the next day. Luckily we were able to transfer to a room with a walk in shower which was much easier to navigate although the new room was smaller. Still a good stay and would recommend because the location is hard to beat.

This family with dog had a great time.

Dog friendly hotel that was the main reason for choosing this hotel. And yes it was, our little Bobbie was welcomed very sweet. In the room a doggie carpet, food and water bowls and some treats. I did the breakfast in the restaurant, my wife in the room. Awesome, everything you want was there. Great atmosphere and perfect spot in the city, right near by the dome and X-mas market. Perfect and spacey parking garage. Many compliments for our perfect stay.

Great location for the Christmas markets!

We stayed here for a couple of nights in early December to enjoy the Christmas markets. The hotel is a short stroll from the Hauptbahnhof and a minutes walk from two large Christmas markets. You’re in the heart of the old town with plenty of bars, shops, the river and the high street shopping. The hotel was clean, modern and the rooms excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming too. A lovely hotel to enjoy Köln!

Great stay for a weekend trip

Booked as part of a flight/hotel package with British Airways, for a weekend trip to Cologne's Christmas markets. We chose this hotel as it's centrally located and we have always been impressed with other properties in the same group. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the main station, & on our arrival in town at around midday, we were able to complete check-in & leave our luggage even though the room was not ready - this was great as it meant we didn't have to worry about carrying our bags with us whilst wandering around town (especially as it was very crowded in the markets) Our room was ideal - clean, comfortable, and had a view of the Cathedral. Breakfast (included) was a perfect way to set us up for the day- options included fruit, pastries, cold meats, and hot food. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay and I would certainly return if ever visiting Cologne again.

Kölner Dom’un ve ana tren istasyonun hemen yanında. Ulaşım konusunda hiç sıkıntı çekmedik. Her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Otel çok temiz, her şey yeni ve özenli. Odanın büyüklüğü, banyo ve tuvaletim ayrı olması, odada küvet olması. Bornoz, havlu terlik ve banyoda ekipmanların olması çok iyiydi. En büyük övgüyü kahvaltı alıyor, taze sıkılmış portakal suyu bile vardı. Personel de inanılmaz yardımcı ve güleryüzlüydü. Çok memnun kalarak ayrıldık.
