Cute but needs a coffee machine and coffee in the room

Location was good, room was clean. But I don’t love how they split a queen size mattress with two small twin size mattresses that’s something that is not comfortable, if you’re gonna do that at least put great cushion topper on top of those two mattresses so it’s comfortable. Also, the room had some things that were not necessary and I couldn’t find a coffee machine or a kettle and by the amount of money you pay for this hotel that should be standard in the room. I had to call the reception and request it. It was good. They had it, but still I had to wait for it. Also, the interior lighting could improve a bit more .. like they should install better lightbulbs, because at times it was kinda dark and I had to close my curtains because other rooms could see from the other side into my room. But the hotel is cute and it’s in a good location.

As an event manager, music centric person, star wars 'nerd' and one working with scientific people (earth and planetary sciences), I had a huge 'flash' while visiting the 25 hours Hotel in Cologne. I had the best hotel experience in my lifetime, with you! <3 So many details and a wonderful heartily staff, made this experience an absolutely outstanding one. Big recommendation for everyone who is appreciating an atmosphere, that is perfectly matching with music and culture centric persons, with some flair for 'retro and outer space things'.

The hotel does little to look after guests Checking in is hard work with staff not trained and haven’t a clue If you are lucky you can table as a hotel guest in the 8th floor restaurant but room service only works until 10.30 and seems the restaurant too No chance as a hotel guest to get a seat at bar do just give up Not worth the effort

Unique experience, great design

Great hotel, really enjoyed it here. Design is excellent and quirky, perfect alternative to the typical stuffy hotels. Adrien was so friendly at check in and made us feel right at home. Small extras like snacks and drinks also made the difference and made it an experience to remember. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

I’ve stayed in many hotels but this is probably my favorite so far. Cool without being pretentious. Interesting decor and all the amenities. Great fresh food in the restaurant. Genuinely helpful and no nonsense staff. Comfortable bed and clean!
