We have stayed at this hotel on over 100 occasions and it’s always a really nice experience. We stayed Sunday night and looked forward to the breakfast on Bank Holiday Monday morning, what a disappointment it was, no sausages, no bacon, had to wait ages for the poached eggs, hardly any cereal, coffee machine not working at all, staff were all over the place, there was literally no customer support, really disappointed by the restaurant Staff ,they lacked the customer relationship skills. The only friendly Staff member during our stay was the lady who checked us in. Hopefully things may change as we are most likely checking in this weekend but if things don’t change we may just find an alternative hotel. A quick note to the Staff at least smile and welcome people when they check in and out.

Bed was comfy, good to have a fridge in the room for cold drinks, food in restaurant was lovely, all in all a very satisfying place to stay with everything you need.

We were going to “the Halls” so very well located. We stay here fairly regularly and are never disappointed- friendly staff, clean rooms and the food is very good.

Stayed 2 nights for pleasure. Music event. Lovely big rooms. Very friendly staff. Only gripe was having to wait for cooked breakfast Sunday morning. Being gluten free it's cooked or fruit and yoghurt. Both had run out! Apart from that great stay.
