Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping, to the restaurant were outstanding!! I also liked the location of the hotel. I also really liked the water in the lobby. My only issue with the hotel is one of design. While I liked the vanity separate from the shower and toilet, I didn’t like that there was no way to turn on the lights for the vanity and not wake someone who might still be sleeping.

Fabulous hotel with a great atmosphere. 5-10 minute walk from Central station. Easy to find. Close to Dam Square. Lots of restaurants around. We booked a superior king room which being within a townhouse was quite small but adequate for our short stay. The shower and toilet both have a separate cubicle and the sink and mirror are within the bedroom. Water supplied every day. Fridge, tea and coffee machine in the room. Room was clean and attended to every day. We didn’t book breakfast but had dinner on one evening. Food was delicious and service with a smile. Lounge bar is at other end of restaurant. Good selection of drinks. Staff were all lovely. Helpful and friendly. Could not fault them at all. Special shout out to reception staff. So helpful in every way. Only access to the lift is by using your room keycard. Highly recommend a stay here.
