Very friendly and helpful staff. Relaxed atmoshpere. Comfortable, clean room. Hotel clean and pleasant. Good breakfast; well cooked and presented. Dinner adequate. I just felt it was expensive, not helped by the fact that I was on my own and thus paid full price for the room, no single occupancy discount.

arrived @ 6pm. Restaurant closed. Ate in the bar area. In 2hrs no table top was cleansed at all. Left to go to our room - restaurant open ! Nobody in charge !!

Good location for an event at the NEC. Hotel was well presented and staff friendly and helpful. Some minor issues experienced.

The facilities were clean and comfortable for the night before our flight. Located just across the road from the terminal was ideal and would definitely stay again. Food in the restaurant was of great quality.
