Hotel common premises are good and also welcoming on arrival, however, I was surprised by the room temperature even if I tried to reduce the air conditioning setting. Also, the room was very dark.

Dear Victor, I am a big fan of Novotel and first time felt disappointed with the stay at Novotel Paris Suresnes Longchamp. Reasons 1. As soon as we entered couldn't identify the reception area quickly as its included in the restaurant cum bar 2. Everyday morning the Brita Water near the lift doesn't work due to no supply of water showing red icon 3. Breakfast buffet is too minimal and the food is not maintained to the full until the closure time 9.30AM, mean when closure time is 9:30AM the food shouldn't be shortage or change the time too 9AM. Idea is to keep the food available atleast till the closure time. Or my understanding is incorrect. 4. Mini bar is with only liquids and no solid items 5. I didn't realize the paris traffic which made our travel between the hotel and city center so tiring We liked our suite, architecture at ground floor and breakfast, and the view of the room. The stay was okay. The refrigerator was not working in our room and I found some baby cockroaches in the bathroom.
