Limited services Friendly reception It was foreseen for a one-night stay before going to Zaventem, so it was ideal if there had been a shuttle; I was not warned that there was no shuttle due to Covid

Well.. we stayed for two nights but our room wasn't cleaned after the first night. That was very unfortunate since we couldn't have breakfast or dinner in the hotel due to the rules. This made our second day stay very uncomfortable.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. In order to avoid any guest's disappointed, we've included,in August, in our website that there is no shuttle bus. I am sorry about the misunderstanding about the parking. Indeed, if you book the park sleep and fly's rate the parking is included for 7 nights. After that time, the parking costs 12€ per night. Also, we do have take away breakfasts which has to be booked the night before. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Sincerely,

It seems price quoted when reservation made was less than price charged at desk, no warning that no food would be available, so we returned our rental car, then had no way to get food, p.m., or a.m., it is not hard to put up a sign giving information, the least that should have been done, virus or not.

Comfortable oom, good dinner and breakfast. Quiet. Good shower. Value for money was very good, but the promised shuttle service was disappointing. had to call the hotel - and was put on hold - to find out where I took the shuttle from the airport. The return was better.

For a meeting at Eurocontrol, a stay at the Ibis Bruxelles airport hotel is perfect. Location, breakfast, confort are perfect for an efficient meeting.The internet check in/out help to save time and avoid any queing.

I stayed happily in this hotel a couple of years ago. The staff are still very friendly and helpful but the rooms have gone down in quality: they are tired and need renewing. The curtains look grubby and need rehanging. Most important, the bathrooms have no hand rails, so for guests of limited mobility they are dangerous. I would not stay there again unless these things are taken care of.
