Perfect for our 1 night stay before our cruise. We left the car in the car park for the week, and was safe when we returned. Will definitely be booking again.

Booking online was easy, checked in online the night before and arrival and key collection was simple. Hotel and room spotless but heating could have been better. Small but excellent pool ideal for children and adults. Location is perfect for shopping in the city or sightseeing in the New Forest area. Having family in the area we have stayed several times and will definitely be staying again .

my stay for two nights was very good all staff very friendly a good welcome at front desk,had a little problem with my room. It was corrected straightaway. There was no problem at all. I would highly recommend this hotel very clean ,good location.
