Dear Z., Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us again. We’re glad to have you as a returning guest but apologize for the issues you experienced. We understand that breakfast variety is important for longer stays, and we’ll review our options to offer more variety. Regarding water replenishment, we don’t typically restock canned water, but we’ll look into how we can better address this. As for the air conditioning, we do not have A/C in the rooms, and this information is available on our website. There is a ventilation system and if it is still hot in the room, we can provide extra fans. Our phone number 07… and reception is available 24/7 for any enquiry.
