We are truly sorry to hear that your stay at the ibis Nürnberg Altstadt did not meet your expectations – especially regarding the reception and the condition of your room. Please rest assured that we take your feedback very seriously. We would also like to inform you that our hotel is currently undergoing an extensive renovation. All rooms and public areas are being completely refurbished step by step to offer a more modern and comfortable experience in the near future. Your comments about the service at check-in are also very important to us.
