Hotel Novotel Paris Charles-de-Gaulle Airport 4 estrelas

Although residents of Paris, we stayed at the Novotel at CDG in order to avoid possible transport issues on our departure day as a result of the ongoing strikes in France. We ate a great meal in the hotel restauran and then passed a comfortable night.

Is a good hotel situation near in CDG airport with spécial métro CDG val is a free and the reception is good contact same with all in the hotel the room is clean and new. Is a bus point for going every where and the train station in hotel room service restaurant compteur and printer in a reception wifi and no noise .

The overall stay at the Novotel @ CDG airport was very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable for 1 night. it was very convenient to catch the tram to terminal 2. My only negative comment was that there were no carts to help take the luggage up to the room or take them to the tram station.

Upon arrival, after a 'run around' the airport terminals with an inexperienced Uber driver, who I needed to guide myself to the hotel access area, we went straight to the reception desk, and found an amazingly friendly and efficient staff of two. Acessing our room was easy and quick, we settled, and went to the bar area to enjoy a light dinner and a glass of wine. The bar tender was a bit 'stiff', not as congenial as the rest of the staff, and the red wine was too warm. The breakfast area was tidy and the buffet sections were great. See you next time.

Great location with good breakfast in the morning. So convenient, just rolled off the plane, get on the shuttle and within half an hour after landing at Charles de Gaulle airport I was in the shower and bed thereafter.

No TV remote control. Reception doesn't answer the phone for over 15mn. It takes 30mn to finally find a remote control. Way below standards. Very disturbing clicking sounds coming from the air conditionning vent.

Very good hotel to stay to join a flight the next day. Clean, well run and nicely located right at CDG. You just fall out the door and hop on the shuttle or the RER to any Terminal or any other place that you want to go. Aircon worked well given the hot summer days. Breakfast and dinner were both good Service in the restaurant was quick..Most staff spoke some English.

A great hotel that is on the train shuttle directly to the airport. Airy hotel area with good sized rooms and amenities. Just make sure you know which Novotel you are staying at as there are four in the area. We arrived at the wrong one, but they happily drove us to the right one, which was very kind.

Accor member and booked via their official website. Requested for quiet rooms not close to the lift but that's what we got. Couldn't sleep at all as the lift is running throughout the night and we can hear it from our rooms. This is the most horrible experience we had with Novotel CDG.

Our group of nine stayed in four rooms for a night before our flight out of Terminal 2. It was a very good choice for us as it was very good value, rooms were very clean and the location at CDG was very close to the RER line to Paris. We were pleasantly impressed with the breakfast buffet. A few negatives-although we checked in online prior to arrival, check-in at the hotel took too long. Air conditioning in one of the four rooms did not work satisfactorily. Overall we would recommend if you need a hotel airport.

We stayed here after flying in to CDG and having a connecting flight going out the next morning. It is in a convenient location, easy to get to using the CDGVAL train. The rooms themselves are small (they are designed for people only staying a short time), but our one had a nice view of the runway which my kid loved. Don't worry, the windows are double glazed. What I really loved was the downstairs area, bar and food options, games for kids etc. They had been thoughtful about the design, and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

The hotel was just what we needed.. W arrived by train from Lyon in the afternoon and planned to fly out the next day. So the hotel offer a very convenient place to spend the night. We included breakfast with our room and it was perfect.

Check-in staff are friendly and professional, process quite fast. Rooms are somewhat small, but work fine for an airport hotel. It's relatively convenient to the Roissypole train station and CDG itself if you take CDGVAL (not the shuttle bus - just don't do it!). From CDG, there is a lot of walking. We had arrival service from Blacklane, which made finding the hotel much easier and faster - great service. We like the Novotel enough that it's our go-to at CDG - especially the restaurant, which lets you know you're in France right away!

The suite was huuuge. Perfect for 2 kids 2 dogs, and mom and dad. Gorgeous breakfast restaurant with nice food. You could even fry your own eggs. Only stayed one night for travel at CDG the next day. It was across the street from our terminal.

Renovated and enlarged since our last visit 6 years ago, so that was a welcome surprise. Rooms are well insulated from outside noise and bedroom has inner door to isolate from corridor noise. Access is the real star here for a reasonable price. Just 100m under cover from CDGVal Terminal 3, and on top of the RER station for access to Paris ( Gare du Nord etc ). They also have a decent restaurant on site, and again prices are good value. The Sheraton May be more central but the prices don’t compare. We’ll stay again.
