No flexibility given for late check out. Body soap bottle was empty when I first checked in.

I had a great stay at the Ambassador Hotel during my final night in Seoul. The room itself was very elegant with a fabulous view of the Namsam Tower. The hotel was located close to a metro station which made my journey to the airport easy. My only criticism would be that it was unclear whether the bottle wine of wine was included in the room rate or had to pay extra and had to ask at reception. Overall I would recommend staying at the Ambassador to anyone visiting Seoul.

Everything was fine, except the smell and water from bathroom. When I fill up the bath tub, the water was yellow color.

My recent stay at this hotel was dissapointed. It fell well short of my expectation. Was expecting much better service and basic amenities from a hotel that was part of a well known brand. From the check in process we already facing a rude staff. That moment itself alrd makes me feel like why am I choosing this hotel. Those who working in the front line suppose to be friendly and willing to help the guest no matter how hard the situation. When we get to our room , no towel provided . Only 2 water bottle provided. No hand towel , no face towel and also the body wash onli 1/4 filled. The last night before we check out today , we check with front office if we can check out slightly later. Instead of 11am it is possible to check out maybe around 12 noon , but we rejected with the reason all our room type is fully booked. Before we even ask the FO we actually already checked and know that is not fully book thats why we try to asked if we can, but was rejected with the hotel unhelpful staff with a lie excuses. This show how unhelpful the hotel staff is.
