My wife and I really enjoyed our time in the hotel. Great location, room a bit on the small side and some noise from passing traffic but otherwise all okay, The hotel was clean and tidy, very friendly staff and good food (buffet breakfast and evening table service). All told, the price represented excellent value.

Globaly good experience, all was ready on our arrival so no waist of time. Room was correctly clean by HSK and bring some happyness when you coming back from long day! Breakfast was great every morning. Staff was very polite and welcoming. Well done! I will mention only 2 negatives points: we arrived a bit late (2045) and requested some dinner but unfortunatly menu/choice was very limited and it was frozen food heated up (My croque-monsieur was still froze in middle!) maybe some additional suff will be welcome. On my last evening I went to reception to request some information for my next step travel and the receptionist was not able to help me with basic kind of questions when working in hospitality. And he politly asked me to leave the reception as he wanted to serve an other person, was a bit ambarassing situation and also frustrating to going back to my room without my information. It will be appreciate to have a bit more customer services/answer to information request. Appart this 2 points, our stay was enjoyable and great. Thank you to Ibis team! See you soon! Thibault

Stinky rooms, hotel in dire need of renovation

Ibis hotels are usually okay for an overnight stay, but this one is run down and needs to be renovated, or demolished. Our room stank of stale cigarette smoke, despite the whole hotel being non-smoking in theory. We asked for another room, and got one which stank slightly less, but we still had to sleep with the window open despite the cold because of the stink of cigarette smoke. I would have given a rating 1/10, except the staff was very friendly and professional.

Disappointing for an Ibis Rouge

Escape74917 Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

I was given a bigger room than I booked, but the 2nd bedroom had a huge stain in the middle of the carpet. The bathroom had a great deal of mould on the ceiling, and there was very little space. I have to say I was hugely disapointed, having stayed in both blue and red Ibis hotels in the past. I could have saved my money and stayed in the B&B hotel next door. Breakfast was very poor, low quality products and not cereals except chocolate ones. Very few pastries left at 8am.

skibadog Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

The room was very small, twin beds were about 3cm apart, no kettle in the room and smelt musty on arrival. However, good hot shower and a fantastic view. Breakfast was top class with a very good choice, and friendly polite staff.
