Stay was a good one. All staff my sister and I encountered were very helpful and knowledgeable. The double room was adequate but, we expected more updates and upgrades. Would stay there again.

On a high level things were ok but certain events irked me. 1. We were overcharged by around $60 from the advertised price. Idk if it's worth my time to call to resolve but it's annoying I have to at all 2. The bottomed out my lexus in the parking lot and a part of the plastic undercarriage was broken and scraping on the floor. I drove away and heard a bad scratching noise and had to pull over to tuck the plastic piece to avoid having it scrape.

Staff was quite helpful. Checked into Hollywood Suite, no coffee, ect ( minor, but not in a suite). Very nice suite, just alittle dated, time for furniture to be replaced.

The hotel doesn’t have much to offer. There is only one restaurant and bar. There is no coffee shop or sitting area. The business center was a joke. No proper seating loud music and no door. The beds were so soft my mom and I both had achy backs. Our room was only cleaned if we called for service. Very odd. The water pressure was not that great. The valet was $71/day. I rented the car for $80. It is situated in a good spot but I wouldn’t stay there again.
