I was given a complimentary upgrade and slippers upon arrival which was much appreciated! The member of staff who checked me in was super efficient. The room was spacious and comfortable! Overall, great standards for Ibis! It isn't in the exact centre but it is conveniently located about 7mins walk from a metro station.

The hotel is largely good. Our room was fine. When we arrived, a large group was being checked in and we had to wait quite a long time. A separate desk for group check ins would be good. It is unpleasant to have to make your way through groups of many people standing outside smoking to access the front door of the hotel. A separate smoking area should be set up.

It was too cold in the whole hotel and now I’m recovering from cold, it’s terrible.

It was a good stay, as Ibis always is a good choice, but on the check in, the reception said that they dont have the room that I choose, so they will do an upgrade without any charge, okay, but when we got it to the room, there were no toilet paper, and the room was set up just for 1 people, even that was me and my husband. In the night, it was really warm inside the room, because outside was 27 degree, eventhough the air conditioner wasn't working and the reception said that the could turn it on because is mead season and not summer. Despite the small issues, everything else was okay.
